named for the british queen victoria, this rose was introduced in france in 1872. reine victoria produces wonderfully cupped, 3.5” blooms with 60+ petals decorated in rose pink with a touch of lilac. she is certainly majestic with her strong fragrance, very slender upright growth, and attention grabbing blossoms. reine victoria is a repeat bloomer and will reign in any garden!
