named for the copper statue in portland, oregon which is second only in size to the statue of liberty comes portlandia™. this outstanding, continually blooming shrub rose has an old-fashioned look. her many petaled 3 ½ -4″ blooms show a rich golden apricot center which shades to pink and cream. the blooms have a fruity fragrance and are produced in good sized clusters on long stems so a single cluster can fill a vase. expect dark green, leathery foliage on this rose. portlandia™ can also be trained as a climber if preferred in zones 5-10.
