hunter is a hybrid rugosa with hybrid tea-style, double blooms. he is the only true crimson bloom found in the rugosa category and is very fragrant. hunter’s 3” blossoms feature 30+ petals set against lovely, shiny, dark green foliage. expect him to grow to about 5’ x 4’ all the way down to zone 4.
